UCF’s institutional AI-enhanced chatbot that improves how students access information, navigate the university, and engage with support services through timely, personalized, and scalable communication.

A multi-site research initiative examining whether course-specific chatbot communication in gateway math and English courses can improve academic performance, belonging, retention, and completion at scale.

A structured academic support model that improves student success in high-risk STEM gateway courses by embedding coordinated, course-integrated support and proactive engagement strategies.

A national initiative expanding scalable work-integrated learning models that connect academic programs with career pathways and improve student workforce readiness.

A work-integrated learning initiative that connects student employment with career development and academic experience by building staff capacity to deliver structured, career-aligned work experiences.

Innovation Leadership Program (ILP)
An experiential leadership development model that builds institutional capacity for operational strategy, data-informed decision-making, and cross-unit implementation by embedding participants within active initiatives.
